Our orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours of when they are placed. You can view the status of your order in the My Orders section of your account page.
Return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Certain merchandise, such as perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, gift cards, or final sale items are not eligible for return. Should you experience any challenges with your purchase, however, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
All orders over SAR 149 are free to ship! Orders below SAR 149 will ship for 19 SAR within Saudi Arabia. Mezmiz reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.
Mezmiz currently ships to all addresses in Saudi Arabia. We also ship to SMSA Retail Centers where you can pick-up your package. We do not currently ship to other parts of the Middle East, but we hope to extend our services in the near future!
