    While the Brazilian fresh roasted coffee from Heart of the Bean has a very "chocolate-like" taste when milk is added, the Papa New Guinea is my favorite coffee to drink black. It is less acidic than most coffees (such as the Costa Rica), and you get a very buttery taste on the pallet. Highly recommended!
