This professional, gluten-free pizza flour is designed and offered by Spadoni, one of the Italian leaders in quality pizza flour. Ideal for people suffering from celiac disease, and for those sensitive to gluten.

How to Use: For a ""gluten-free"" pizza, use 500g of this flour, 5g dry yeast , 4cl extra virgin olive oil and 30cl water. Add all the ingredients and knead until the kneading becomes easy, soft and slightly sticky. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes, taking care to cover with a damp cloth. After this rest time, form one or more balls of dough of about 180g-250g on a well floured work surface. Leave to rest for 3 to 7 hours at room temperature of 20 degrees celcius. The balls will then double in size and they will be ready to be stretched to form the pizza. Garnish your pizza with Mutti Pizza Sauce, your choice of toppings, and to cook at 310-330 degrees celcius from 3-5 minutes.
